I had a great stay at the hotel with excellent room facilities but cleanliness was a major concern. The staff members, especially Ms. Mariam, Mr David, and Mr George, were very helpful. The location was a bit far from the city center but close to Tbilisi Mall. The dining experience fell short of expectations, although the toasted sandwiches were decent.
